How shipping with Inspiriq works?

All of the artworks present in the store are handmade with love by the creator of the company. Inspiriq is based in North East Europe, now hoping to reach the heart of every individual without any geographical barrier. We assure you that all of the pieces that you buy are of a top-notch quality. Besides we check thoroughly before we ship them off every time.

Prior to the completion of the checkout process, you need to clear your payments for the artwork you wish to own. We accept only Credit card/PayPal for payments. After the transaction takes place, an email is sent to you right away with the placement of order and transaction details for future reference.

Inspiriq.com do not have any hidden cost in any of the artworks, that means you pay exactly what you see before the checkout process. At the moment, all of these artworks are shipped worldwide at free of cost.

If you want them to be delivered at a faster speed, we can have that arranged for you as well. In that case, you need to contact our customer service with the order ID and write to us in detail of the custom deal at info@inspiriq.com. We arrange a speed post with UPS, FedEx or DHL.

On arrival of the product in your city, an email will be sent to you with the details of the courier service. You can also track your products via our provider.

Can I return an artwork?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked.

You may purchase an item that is not the right size, color, or they just may not like it. If that is the case you can return the artwork in next 30 days from a date you got the package and we will refund whole price paid. 100% customer satisfaction is most important. Keep in mind that artwork must be undamaged and that return shipping costs must be paid at your own expense.

Inspiriq.com has a replacement policy for sold artworks only if it is the fault of the postage service within 7 days after delivery, which is free of cost. In such cases, images or videos of the delivery package must be sent to our customer service with a request for the replacement of the concerned artwork.
